This is an excellent sharpening set – it offers many grit levels and a convenient, sturdy case in which it’s easy to store. This is my first system of this type and I am very satisfied. I definitely recommend it.

The set is very well equipped; I started with the basic version, but this one offers many more sharpening plates as well as a practical bag for storage. You can easily sharpen almost any knife.
