Wisport Wildcat 65 l Backpack - MultiCam

A 65-liter military backpack crafted by the Wrocław-based company Wisport, in collaboration with the elite forces of the Special Commandos Unit (previously known as the 1st Special Commando Regiment) from Lubliniec. Drawing inspiration from the well-regarded Racoon backpacks, which are available in 45 and 65-liter versions, this backpack strikes a balance between gear capacity, weight, and user mobility. Constructed from durable 1000D Cordura in MultiCam camouflage, it merges high capacity with functionality and carrying comfort.

The backpack is constructed from abrasion-resistant 1000D Cordura and is further strengthened with bar-tacked seams. This material boasts exceptional resistance to mechanical damage like abrasions or tears, greatly enhancing the backpack's durability in rugged conditions.

The main compartment offers a 65-liter capacity and can be separated into two sections – the upper (roughly 2/3) and the lower (roughly 1/3). An inner drawstring collar stabilizes the load by preventing contents from shifting. The compartment is accessible from the top, front, and bottom through a detaching bottom, making unpacking significantly easier. In the lower section, along the back, there's a flat pocket designed for securely carrying a radio station. Above this pocket is a mounting point for a hydration system bag with a dedicated opening for a tube or antenna. The opening is water-resistant to prevent moisture from entering the backpack.

Extra pockets for documents and maps, along with hydration tube mounts on the shoulder straps, add to the overall usability of the design. The top lid is both detachable and adjustable, featuring two zippered pockets, and the front sports a velcro panel for personalizing with patches. The backpack includes a total of seven distinct pocket types, aiding in gear organization and providing quick access to essential items.

The front is equipped with a long pocket featuring double-sided MOLLE system stitching, allowing it to function as an organizer. The backpack also contains two detachable side pockets, each with a 9-liter capacity, a rain cover stored in a Velcro-secured pocket at the base of the backpack, and helmet straps concealed in a small pocket above the bottom entrance zipper to the main compartment. Transport handles on the sides and metal D-rings for tethering to ropes or vehicles enhance the practicality of the set.

The backpack includes an aluminum frame and an adjustable carrying system (FAS Plus Ergonomic), crafted for extended, comfortable bearing of a heavily packed backpack. It guarantees stable contact with the back and effective alleviation of pressure on the spine and shoulders. The system's dual-plane adjustability ensures precise alignment with the user's height and body form. Anatomically contoured shoulder straps, a broad hip belt, and a chest strap enhance load distribution, reducing tiredness during movement. Reinforcements and the framework help maintain the backpack's structure even when fully loaded. A ventilated back panel boosts air flow and minimizes perspiration. Built to withstand heavy use in challenging terrains, the system is durable. The hip belt is detachable, and quick-release fastex buckles on the shoulder straps enable swift backpack removal.

The model features ITW Nexus and Duraflex buckles that are certified, along with rugged Wisport zippers.

The MOLLE/PALS system straps are attached to the front, sides, and lid, enabling the addition of extra gear. The strap and compression strap system facilitates mounting equipment on the exterior and keeps the backpack's contents stable.

A 5-year warranty from the manufacturer covers the backpack.

MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision, in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a versatile camouflage pattern effective in various terrains and shifting environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern incorporates seven colors, producing gradient transitions among shades of green, brown, and beige. Consequently, it adapts dynamically to the surroundings, adopting green hues in forested regions or brown and beige tones in desert areas—particularly effective in autumn and among dry vegetation in Central and Eastern Europe. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim and is utilized by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, it was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, superseding the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also accessible to civilian users, making it a favored option among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
