I haven't tested it in the rain yet, but it fits the Wisport Sparrow II backpack with plenty of room. It allows you to hide not only the backpack but also a jacket, sleeping pad, or other attached items. I recommend buying the cover, although I think it should be included with the backpack in an extra pocket, or sewn on with an elastic like some competitors do, or at least provided loose.

The material and color are flawless. I would add adjustment for the cover’s circumference, but when it comes to capacity, in my opinion, it's suitable for backpacks up to 25L, maybe 20L, especially without extra pockets.

Seems to be fine, but I'm concerned that it might slip off a stuffed Fjord Nansen backpack (25L), although I could be wrong. On the plus side, the mesh pouch it comes in makes it easy to store the cover inside your backpack.
