The value for money is excellent. The poles are lightweight and durable. I used them during a 60-kilometer hike in the Carpathians and had no issues. The foam handle worked well; there was no need to adjust the length. I recommend this purchase.

Lightweight trekking poles with a three-segment design and adjustable length from 65-135 cm. Made of 80% durable, vibration-dampening carbon fiber and 20% abrasion- and corrosion-resistant fiberglass.
The upper part of the ergonomic, extended handles is made of natural cork, which prevents sweating of the hands and reduces the risk of corns, while the lower part is made of contoured EVA foam. As a result, they guarantee a firm grip. In addition, the adjustable wrist loops attached to them protect against accidental dropping of the poles.
Easy adjustment of the length of the poles to the user's height is provided by the Speed Lock.

Today I picked up the poles and tested them right away. They are very comfortable to use, lightweight, sturdy, yet remain flexible. For now, I am very satisfied with my choice of this Polish brand. The only thing I’m missing is a carrying case.
