Viking Kanion 2 Gaiters - Black

Gaiters protecting the legs and footwear from moisture, mud, snow, and small debris getting inside the shoes. They are made of waterproof polyester with water resistance rated at 1500 mm H2O, which makes them suitable for trekking, mountain hiking, and outdoor activities. A zipper, snap, drawstring, and adjustable strap under the sole allow for quick and secure fitting of the gaiters to footwear.

The lower part is made of durable 600D polyester, which increases resistance to contact with rocks, snow, mud, and other terrain obstacles. The upper part is made of lighter 210D polyester, which helps reduce the weight of the gaiters and makes them easier to fit. Water resistance rated at 1500 mm effectively protects the shoe upper and pant legs from moisture.

The front velcro closure allows the gaiters to be put on and taken off quickly, and also makes it possible to adjust how closely they fit the leg. The strap with drawstring placed in the upper part stabilizes the design and reduces the risk of shifting while walking. The most distinctive element of the Kanion 2 model is the steel cable worn under the shoe sole. This solution provides greater durability than a standard strap and helps keep the gaiters in the correct position when moving over rocks, sharp-edged stones, and demanding mountain trails.

The metal hook is designed to attach to the shoelaces. The reinforced design improves the stability of the gaiters and helps keep their lower edge close to the footwear, reducing the possibility of moisture and dirt getting in from the side of the upper.
