The toothpicks fit perfectly into the pocketknife – they stay stable and don't fall out. They serve their purpose, but I feel that the original toothpick that I received with the knife was a bit sturdier. I'm docking one star because the head is smaller and therefore harder to pull out. Other than that detail, I can recommend them.
