Victorinox SwissTool Spirit X Plus Ratchet Multitool - nylon pouch

I've had this multitool for over 15 years now, and it's the most trustworthy tool I've ever owned. I often reach for the 'Vic' even when I have a well-equipped toolbox. After so many years, the only wear is a tiny bit of play in the pliers, which I think is a fantastic result given how much I've used them – the play is so minor that most people would probably think it's a factory characteristic. I can afford these kinds of tools, and the only downside is that sometimes I just want to get something new, but I have no logical reason to. I recently bought a cheap Chinese Daicamping for comparison after seeing positive reviews, but the quality, precision, and aesthetics are worlds apart – like comparing old wooden gear wheels to a Swiss watch mechanism.

In my opinion, this is a very underrated multitool. It is excellently made, the set of tools is rich and well-thought-out. It's especially worth checking out the version with the ratchet and bits. For this price, it's a great alternative to, for example, the Leatherman Arc – I have both, so I know what I'm talking about!

The ratchet is a real hit, and the four extra slots for bits can be used as you wish. The Spirit has well-designed, robust tools – the whole thing is solid and gives a premium quality feel. The price at Militaria.pl is very attractive. In my opinion, it is strong competition for the Leatherman Arc.
