This so-called "pikutek" could be considered the best knife if it weren't for the fact that it's so inexpensive and simple. It's an excellent, versatile kitchen knife for food and will perform well for most tasks, except for slicing large loaves of bread with hard crusts or cutting meat, cartilage, and other tasks that require a stiffer knife.

At the end of the year, I bought the purple Pikutek—the "Purple" color version. As always, the workmanship is flawless, as with every Pikutek. The blade and teeth are sharp, and the whole thing is well-shaped. This is another Pikutek in my collection, and it certainly won't be the last. It works great for me and also makes a nice small gift.

An inexpensive and versatile knife for various uses. It can be easily washed in the dishwasher, and thanks to the serrated blade, it dulls slowly, even when used on ceramics.
