UF PRO Monsoon XT Gen.2 Tactical Rain Jacket - MultiCam

Rainproof jacket crafted from a durable three-layer Gore-Tex laminate featuring an ePTFE membrane, offering water resistance, breathability, and dependable wind protection. Its ergonomic design provides comfort, complete freedom of movement, and effortless access to equipment.

The Monsoon XT Gen.2 features a zipper shielded by broad flaps on both sides, providing protection against both wind and moisture. Cuffs with Velcro adjustments ensure a precise fit around the wrist. Velcro panels on the upper sections of the sleeves allow for attaching patches, such as national flags, unit emblems, or Morale Patches, giving the jacket a personalized look.

When unzipped, the side zippers act as ventilation openings and provide access to gear worn beneath the jacket, such as items on a belt. Snap fasteners at the hem keep the zippers from accidentally opening.

The jacket is designed with a deep and adjustable hood that conveniently folds into the collar. The integrated Hood/Harness system in the hood guarantees that it moves in tandem with the head, no matter its position, enhancing comfort and ensuring the hood stays in place during strong winds.

The shoulders are outfitted with Air/Pac inserts to boost airflow and evenly distribute the weight of a backpack or tactical vest, offering improved comfort in use.

The jacket features six zippered pockets:

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
