Replica of two SAPI ballistic plates that fit most Plate carrier vests.
Soft, lightweight EVA foam is used for the plates.
The set includes a front and rear plate. They are mainly used to stiffen the vest and during reconstruction and styling.

No need to elaborate, they do exactly what they're supposed to do – they work great as vest padding.

Well made, they keep their shape even after squeezing the insert firmly. They are harder than the cheapest foam equivalents and less irritating than those made of plastic. They are slightly smaller than the plastic models I previously used in my vest, but the difference is minor. This was a very good purchase.
