The pocket has just the right thickness of mesh and does its job very well—you can fit both smaller and larger items in it. In my hammock with a mosquito net, it works great, hanging on the top cord. You can successfully use it in a tent as well. This is another Tiger Wood product that confirms my belief that this brand never disappoints.
