A decent exercise mat, durable and lightweight. I use it intensely even outdoors on grass, stones, and sand, yet there is no visible damage and it's easy to clean.

The mat is very durable and sturdy, I've been using it for a year now and I'm satisfied. It's easy to clean and grips the panels perfectly. Lying down exercises have become much more comfortable, and I'm more willing to train at home.

Fantastic mat, I've been using it almost every day for over a year and it doesn’t show any significant wear. At this price, it's definitely worth it—even though it's not very thick, it insulates well from the floor and is stable during workouts.
-
Great exercise mat for a small amount of money, takes up little space, and while doing sit-ups, a specific part of my body doesn't hurt. Additionally, it doesn't move on the panels.
-
Very nice and affordable exercise mat. Since my girlfriend has it, she exercises at home much more often, which makes us both happy. Definitely worth recommending.
-
Large, affordable mat. Its size is perfect for workouts, and it doesn’t move during use. The price is really attractive. After several months of use, there are no significant signs of wear, so it should last for years.

Well made. It's quite thick, so it effectively separates you from the floor. It doesn't move during exercise and is pleasant to the touch. Worth its price. I recommend it.
