A weight vest crafted specifically for CrossFit training, offering flexibility and comfort. It efficiently enhances your workouts. Numerous Velcro panels enable the attachment of patches or emblems, such as a national flag or Morale Patches.
Constructed from dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with a 600D Oxford weave. It features a rubberized front pocket for essentials like your phone, wallet, or keys. Inside are 10 soft 3D panels lined with micro mesh, forming ventilation tunnels that contour to the body, minimizing the risk of skin overheating during intense workouts.
Using the vest allows gradual endurance increase in functional training and the MURPH WOD, tailored for the men's category. The vest weighs 1.5 kg and can be outfitted with additional weight plates.
Weight plates can be placed in pockets located on the vest's front and back panels. These pockets have fixings (tapes and Velcro) that securely hold the inserts during exercise.
Offering a snug fit and broad motion range, the vest includes an adjustable Velcro strap ensuring it suits most individuals. The evenly distributed weight and cushioning on the shoulders, back, and chest make it both functional and comfortable to wear.
