A weight vest crafted for CrossFit workouts. It's both flexible and comfortable to wear. Effectively and easily enhances the intensity of your training sessions. Multiple Velcro panels allow customization with patches or emblems, like a national flag or Morale Patches.

Constructed from dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with Oxford 600D weave, this model includes a rubberized front pocket for storing your phone, wallet, keys, or other small items. Inside, the vest features 10 soft 3D panels lined with micro mesh. These panels create ventilation channels that conform to the body, minimizing the risk of skin overheating during intense exercise.

Using the vest enables a progressive increase in endurance during functional workouts and the MURPH WOD in the men's category. The vest itself weighs 1.5 kg. Included in the package are two plates, each weighing 2.5 kg. Therefore, the maximum extra load available when wearing the vest is 6.5 kg (14.33 lb).

Load plates are inserted into pockets located on the front and back panels. Both pockets feature fixings (straps and Velcro) that prevent the inserts from slipping during workouts.

Offering a snug fit and a wide range of motion, the vest comes with an adjustable Velcro strap, allowing it to suit most individuals. The weight distribution and padding on the shoulders, back, and chest make it functional and comfortable to wear.
