Great set. Strong and wide straps and a sturdy buckle that allows quick and convenient length adjustment during exercise, while holding the straps securely. This is exactly the kind of product I was looking for :-) I deduct one star for the lack of length markings on the straps (such an addition would make the set perfect!) and for the rings, which I had to gently sand because they were slightly rough and had splinters in my set. After sanding and oiling, the rings became perfect. I highly recommend, especially at this price.
