I used to associate the G-Snake camo only with a T-shirt, and I had already forgotten how good it looks. On a ripstop hat, it looks really great and very striking. I wanted a wide brim for field work, and this model met my expectations. When it comes to such things, Texar really knows hats and caps. They make solid headwear from a decent polycotton blend. It’s true that a few threads were sticking out here and there, but I trimmed them right away. The size matches the chart, everything is correct. A Polish product, I definitely recommend it.

In short: The size is perfect – I have 61 cm and it fits perfectly. The material is very breathable and protects excellently from the sun. Haven’t had a chance to test it in the rain yet. The hat is well made, very comfortable, and lightweight. When choosing a size, it's better to go for a size bigger than too small. Size XL fits me best because it doesn't squeeze my head. It will be perfect for walks on hot days. I definitely recommend it.

Great hat, although sometimes the drawstring for adjustment is annoying. Still, very comfortable during long hikes. Highly recommend to everyone!

Update – the hat withstood the winds of Madeira without any problems. The string held well and didn't fall off even during strong winds in the canyons. It was heavily used, soaked during heatwaves, squeezed out from sweat, and nothing happened – it didn't fade or deform. It still looks like new. Despite its thickness, it was comfortable even in the heat, provided shade, and there was no need to wear sunglasses.

A very practical hat for various occasions. I wear the men's one because there is no women's version. I use it for mushroom picking, in the stable, and during field trips. It fits the head well and gives basic protection against rain. The mosquito net stays on it nicely, which is important because I often spend time in nature. The previous one lasted over a year and was just fine – I bought another one.

Military hat of very good quality at an attractive price, I recommend it. Rip-stop material increases its durability. The fabric is high quality; your head does not overheat.
