Texar Elite Pro 2.0 RipStop Pants - Grey

I bought two pairs of pants. Unfortunately, one pair tore rather quickly, even though it wasn't used intensively. The other pair works flawlessly. The pockets are arranged practically. Overall, the pants are good.

The pants are generally good, although they fall short of the UTP model from Helikon. They have a nice color, cut, and material, although the legs are a bit narrower, the material is thinner, and they're a bit shallower. A downside is the carelessly sewn Velcro and slightly too wide belt loops – a belt at least 5.5 cm wide fits best. A smartphone with a large screen doesn't fit comfortably in the pocket. Personally, I think it's better to pay extra and choose the UTP model if someone is looking for such pants.

These are already my second pair of this type of pants, highly recommend – they are comfortable, durable, and importantly – they are not as wide as most cargo pants.

The pants are worth their price. Compared to Helikon UTP, they are more fitted at the calf and do not have stitching on the knees, so sometimes you have to adjust them. This doesn’t matter for everyday use, but during more active movement, it can be annoying. The small zippered pockets on the thigh are really only suitable for a lighter, I can’t see any other use. Despite this, I recommend these pants.

Purchased in February 2021, used moderately outdoors. The fit and functionality are positives. Size 32/34 fits someone 182 cm tall, weighing 78 kg, and with an 88 cm waist. The downside is that the black color fades quickly, especially on the seams. That's why I give it 4 stars. Overall, I recommend it.

Great pants! These are my favorite. Size XXL fits my build perfectly (188 cm/100 kg) in the gray version (XL was too small). However, in black, XXL turned out to be too big, so I will order XL. I definitely recommend these pants!
