Handcuff case in wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage, made from durable 500D Cordura, resistant to mechanical damage and processed with IRR (Infrared Reflective Treatment) technology to prevent detection by night vision devices. Designed for carrying and storing one set of standard metal handcuffs and a key.
Flap closed with velcro, contoured construction
The velcro-sealed flap allows for quick and easy access to handcuffs. The profiled construction of the pouch facilitates rapid drawing of the handcuffs. Additionally, the pouch has a pocket for a key.
MOLLE/PALS mounting system
Straps compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system allow attachment of the pouch to a tactical vest, belt, backpack, or other equipment.

wz.93 Panther PL Woodland Camouflage
The wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage pattern is currently used by the Polish Armed Forces. It was the first camouflage pattern designed and introduced into widespread use in the Third Polish Repubic. The 1993 pattern combines mimetic and deforming properties through the use of irregular spots of various sizes. The color scheme, based on green, brown, and black, has been adapted to the conditions of Polish forests, making ""Pantera"" a good choice for operations in the native terrain. Uniforms in this camouflage pattern are also part of the basic equipment for students of Military Uniform Classes.
