I think they work great – storing the magazine is much easier, and the reinforcements make it much more comfortable even when pressure is applied from the outside than with other magazine pouches.
Open pouch designed for secure transport and quick access to a larger magazine. The construction is based on durable 500D Cordura laminate covered with IRR (Infrared Reflective Treatment) coating, which reduces visibility in night vision. The whole is stiffened with a polymer frame, which increases stability and durability.
The magazine is held in the pouch by a snap closure, and the retention level can be adjusted with an elastic shock cord. The interior is equipped with a non-slip insert that prevents the contents from shifting during movement.
The attachment system allows integration with a belt or any MOLLE/PALS compatible equipment. There are laser-cut slots on the front for attaching another pouch, and a drain hole on the bottom facilitates the removal of water and debris.

MILITARY is a premium dealer of Templar's Gear.
Templar's Gear is a Polish brand that was established in 2015 on the initiative of tactical equipment enthusiasts who set themselves the goal of creating accouterments that are lighter, more durable, and better suited to the real needs of users than the solutions available to date. Thanks to the implementation of modern technologies, such as precision laser cutting and the use of laminated textile materials, the company quickly established itself as one of the leading manufacturers in Europe in this category. The Templar's Gear range includes tactical vests, belts, pouches, and backpacks, all designed for maximum functionality and reliability in demanding conditions. A significant achievement for the brand was the approval of selected products by the Ministry of National Defense and the awarding of JIM numbers (Uniform Material Index), which means full compliance with the standards applicable in the Polish Army. This type of certification not only confirms the high quality of the equipment, but also shows that domestic tactical solutions successfully compete with recognized global brands. The Ministry of National Defense's decision is part of a broader modernization program called “Operacja Szpej,” paving the way for other Polish manufacturers to participate in the modernization of the national armed forces.

This is one of the best companies when it comes to magazine pouches – the retention is excellent and adjustable, so magazines of any 5.56 type fit, both plastic and metal. The only downside I've noticed is the MOLLE straps are a bit too long, but that's probably because of my belt's specifics. Overall, the pouch is outstanding.

I bought a second pouch of the same brand. The quality is at the same good level as before. I only noticed that the MOLLE attachment straps are made of a different material, but this does not affect the mounting or quality, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

Durable magazine pouch. I bought it to try it out, and after a few months of use, I've noticed no problems. It's practical, the magazine can be removed quickly, retention strength is adjustable, and it fits securely on the belt. I'm satisfied with the purchase and plan to buy another pouch like this.

The pouch stays firmly on the belt, holds magazines well, and allows you to remove them quickly and effortlessly. I have no complaints, everything works as it should.

I recommend this pouch! I was looking for a model for Grot magazines and this one fits perfectly. The adjustable pull cords at the bottom hold the magazine well inside. I know people who have been using it for over a year and apart from natural material wear, the pouch still works flawlessly.

I wanted to buy a taco-style pouch for my belt and this one worked great – Beryl and AR15 magazines stay securely in place, and the whole mounting system works well with the belt. An additional advantage is the IRR material. I definitely recommend it.

Templar's Gear once again meets expectations. The pouch is solidly made and well designed; it works great with the PT6 belt. Magpul PMag magazines fit very well and, for me, the retention is appropriate, but if someone prefers stronger retention, you can tighten the elastic cords around the holster even more to increase retention. The flexible frame keeps the holster open, making it easy to insert magazines without looking. There is a hole at the bottom of the holster to allow water to drain out if it gets inside during use.
