Tactical Chest Rig vest in black. Designed with efficient organization of gear and broad customization options in mind. Completely modular construction allows for rearranging pockets, pouches, and panels according to mission needs.
Durable 500D Cordura and DWR coating
Model made from 500D Cordura, a material resistant to abrasions and mechanical damage. The outer layer is covered with a hydrophobic DWR coating (free from harmful PFC/PFAS substances) that limits moisture absorption.
Spacious compartment with zipper closure
The central part includes a deep compartment with a zipper, designed for carrying a power bank or other electronic devices. It features an opening for cable routing. Removable Tegris holders for securing cables are placed on the straps.
Thoughtful pocket system for better organization
The front of the vest features a Velcro-closed pocket with a transparent window measuring 10.5 x 5.5 cm, suitable for an ID. Next to it and on the detachable side panel are MOLLE slots (Laser Cut), allowing for the addition of extra equipment.
Lower pocket, secured with a zipper, is equipped with space for a tourniquet, handcuffs, disposable gloves, or other small items. There's also a pouch for a radio, adjustable for different models. Velcro panels allow for mounting selected patches or emblems.
Reflective tapes for visibility
Adjustable shoulder straps are lined with soft material for increased wearing comfort. Removable reflective strips in bright yellow are placed on the straps. They enable quick configuration changes from high visibility to more discreet settings, reducing recognition in the field.
Cushioning panel and modular construction
The body-contact area includes a panel made of perforated, resilient foam, mounted with Velcro. It provides suitable cushioning, enhancing comfort during prolonged use. The panel is removable and can be completely taken out if needed.
The vest's modular structure allows for independent detaching of individual elements and configuring the set according to current needs. The design is compatible with selected vests, including the TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP, enabling their direct integration.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
DWR (Durable Water Repellency) is a durable waterproofing treatment that increases the surface tension of water and creates a hydrophobic coating on materials. It protects the material from rapid soaking, improves drying, provides stain resistance and increases breathability.

LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
