Interchangeable head for the Taidea 1031D electric sharpener. Made from durable plastic. Equipped with two sharpening slots, enabling coarse sharpening (diamond) and edge smoothing (ceramic).
Grit
The abrasive material consists of diamond and ceramic. Grit 360 is used for sharpening very dull edge blades or changing the edge profile. Grit 600 is intended for daily sharpening of slightly dull knives, providing them with optimal working sharpness.
