Stoirm Mission Primaloft Jacket - MultiCam

Light winter jacket in MultiCam camouflage, designed for operations in various weather conditions. The Mission model combines effective Primaloft insulation with a waterproof and breathable membrane, providing protection against cold, wind, and rain.

The jacket is made of polyester Taslon in a Rip-Stop weave, which prevents material tears. The material is protected by a Teflon coating, which guards against stains, mud, and liquids, without negatively affecting the breathability and appearance of the fabric. The materials used dry quickly and are characterized by low weight and high durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

The insulation is provided by Primaloft fill, which effectively protects against heat loss. Primaloft is a modern insulation technology characterized by lightweight, excellent thermal properties, and moisture resistance, maintaining insulating functions even in damp conditions. Thanks to its breathability, Primaloft effectively regulates body temperature, and its compressibility makes storage and transport easier.

The Mission model is equipped with a PU membrane with a waterproof level of 8000 mm/m2, effectively protecting against moisture penetration. Breathability material 5000 g/m2/24h minimizes excessive sweating.

The jacket features a two-way zipper from the renowned YKK brand, under which a windproof strip is placed. High collar protects the neck and chin from rain and wind. It is equipped with a cover preventing accidental irritation by the zipper. All zippers in the jacket are waterproof, and along with taped seams, they increase moisture resistance.

The jacket has five pockets with zippers:

• one internal pocket

Velcro-adjustable cuffs and extended back effectively counteract cold entry. The cuffs have an ergonomic design that increases freedom of movement and are equipped with internal cutouts for watches. Breathability and heat exchange with the environment are enhanced by ventilation openings with mesh placed under the armpits. The jacket also has an adjustable helmet-compatible hood. There are velcro panels on the shoulders, allowing for the attachment of various emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or Morale Patches.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
