The optics are encased in a durable Makrolon polycarbonate housing, and a textured surface with NBR-Longlife rubber improves grip and durability. The housing meets the IPX4 waterproof standard, protecting the interior from moisture and evaporation in a temperature range of -20 to +70 deg. C.
ergonomic eyecups, close-focus and autobright system
Soft silicone eyecups are designed to protect against wind, rain, snow and sidelight. Focus is adjusted using the central knob of the Fast-Close-Focus system , which allows quick, smooth changes in settings. The Autobright technology used automatically optimizes the brightness level, adjusting to the prevailing conditions, which increases comfort and protects your eyesight during observation.
