An ACU combat shirt is crafted from durable Polycotton Rip-Stop fabric, composed of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, known for its exceptional resistance to abrasion and tearing. Reinforced seams in the most prone areas further enhance the material's durability.

The combat shirt is designed with an adjustable collar secured by Velcro, adaptable cuffs, and a full-length zipper. It includes elbow pockets for protectors. Functionality is enhanced by multiple pockets: two slanted ones and two on the shoulders secured with Velcro flaps, featuring velcro panels. These allow for attaching patches or emblems, like a national flag, unit insignia, or Morale Patches.

MultiCam is a cutting-edge camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the US company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as a component of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a versatile camouflage pattern effective across diverse terrains and fluctuating environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern comprises seven colors, forming gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. Consequently, it dynamically adjusts to the background, taking on green hues in forested areas, or browns and beiges in desert landscapes - performing especially well in Central and Eastern European settings during autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim, being adopted by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the US Army officially adopted this camouflage for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also offered to civilian users, making it a favorite among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
