Sordin Supreme T2 Leather Active Hearing Protectors - Black

Professional active hearing protectors designed for uniformed services, hunters, and sport shooters. They are perfect for both the battlefield and the shooting range. Their low-profile design and high-quality materials ensure comfort even during prolonged use. In accordance with the Single Number Rating (SNR) applicable in Europe, which is used to determine the expected sound attenuation, the protectors provide attenuation at a level of SNR 29 dB.

The SordinHEAR2 sound system provides excellent sound quality and four audio profiles (Tactical, Dual, Comfort, and Ambient off). Two waterproof omnidirectional microphones with high frequency effectively capture ambient sounds and then transmit them to the built-in speakers. Harmful sounds are limited to a safe level of 82 dB, while low sounds are amplified.

The contoured headband is made of plastic and steel and covered with high-quality black natural leather. The step-by-step adjustment system allows the protectors to be adjusted to the user's preferences, and the folding design facilitates transport and storage. The ear pads are equipped with comfortable cushions made of memory foam, which significantly increases comfort of use. Thanks to large and easily accessible function buttons, the headphones can be operated with tactical gloves or in difficult weather conditions. They are suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters.

Sordin Supreme T2 is powered by an AA battery or a Sordin Power 14500 rechargeable battery, which provides up to 400 hours of operation. Replacing the battery requires only unscrewing the cover on the side of one of the ear cups. The device is equipped with a low battery warning system (when the battery level allows for approx. 40 hours of operation) and an automatic shut-off function after 4 hours of inactivity.

The protectors are equipped with two 3.5 mm AUX audio inputs allowing them to be connected to devices such as a radio or mobile phone.

• MIL-STD 810 - American military standard specifying test procedures to verify the resistance of equipment to extreme environmental conditions such as vibration, shock, humidity, dust, frost, and high temperatures.
• MIL-STD-461 - American military standard specifying electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements for electronic devices, i.e. their resistance to electromagnetic interference and emission of such interference.
• ANSI S3.19-1974 - specifies a laboratory method for measuring the noise attenuation of hearing protectors such as ear muffs and ear plugs.
