The SordinHEAR2 system delivers superior sound quality with four audio modes: Hunting, Focus, Shooting, and Comms. Two waterproof omnidirectional microphones efficiently capture ambient noises and relay them through the built-in speakers. Harmful noise levels are minimized to 82 dB, while subtle sounds are amplified for enhanced audibility.
Contoured neckband, step adjustment system, large buttons
The neckband with an ergonomic contour is constructed from plastic and steel, featuring a resilient black fabric exterior. Its step adjustment system allows for precise fitting to the user's head. Thanks to the foldable design, transportation and storage are simplified. The earcups have soft gel cushions to enhance comfort during wear. Large, easy-to-use buttons enable intuitive operation, even when wearing gloves or in challenging weather conditions. The design accommodates both right- and left-handed users.

Perfect headphones for a semi-open or open shooting range, or for the forest – they work great. They effectively dampen every caliber up to 12mm. The active mode picks up environmental sounds very well. However, I was a bit disappointed when using them at an indoor shooting range. When shooting with a .22 it's fine, but with a 9x19 the shots become quite noticeable. During competitions, when many stations are firing centerfire rounds at the same time, comfort drops significantly. In these situations, it's better to consider a model with a higher SNR, for example, 32.
