Telescopic poles designed for Nordic walking. Made of durable 6061 aluminum and equipped with an ergonomic rubber handle, to which adjustable straps are attached for increased comfort.
The foldable design with height adjustment from 105 to 140 cm, allows you to easily and quickly adjust the height of the poles to the height of the user or the steepness of the approach.
The model features removable rubber tips for walking on asphalt, and screw-on plates to prevent the poles from sinking into soft or sandy ground.
Nordic walking is a physical activity that comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves the efficiency of the body. While walking with poles, among other things, the buttocks, thighs, arm muscles, shoulders, chest and abdomen work. Involving such a large group of muscles has a positive effect on overall physical fitness.
