The poles are designed for nordic walking. Made of durable 7075 aluminum and equipped with ergonomically shaped handles made of natural cork, they guarantee a secure grip and a very good fit to the user's hand. In addition, the adjustable wrist loops attached to them protect against accidental dropping of the poles.
The two-segment design with height adjustment from 105 to 140 cm, allows you to easily adjust the height of the poles to the user's height or the steepness of the approach.
Easy adjustment of the length of the poles to the user's height is provided by Twist-Lock.
Nordic Walking is an enjoyable sport that comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves the efficiency of the body. While walking with poles, among others, the buttocks, thighs, shoulder, arm, chest and abdominal muscles work.
