The poles are very light and pleasant to use, I liked them right away. However, I have two minor remarks that I noticed after receiving the package: - The handle of one of the poles can be easily removed (this can be fixed with glue). - The set did not include tips suitable for walking in winter, which makes it difficult to buy replacements, since you can't just choose them by sight, and the thread difference in other models makes it impossible to fit matching tips.

The poles are designed for nordic walking. Made of durable 7075 aluminum and equipped with ergonomically shaped handles made of rubber, they guarantee a firm grip and a very good fit to the user's hand. In addition, the adjustable wrist loops attached to them protect against accidental dropping of the poles.
The two-segment design with height adjustment from 105 to 140 cm, allows you to easily adjust the height of the poles to the user's height or the steepness of the approach.
Easy adjustment of the length of the poles to the user's height is provided by Twist-Lock.
