Rotary dial, 3 scale sliders
The base plate of the compass is made of transparent acrylic, on which stencil holes have been cut and non-slip elements have been placed to guarantee a firm grip on the map. The rotating dial with a notched handle is equipped with a 360-degree graduation, which allows very precise navigation. The compass is equipped with 3 scale sliders with double-sided design, which provide the possibility of using 6 different scales: 1:40,000, 1:7,500, 1:10,000, 1:15,000, 1:3,000, 1:4,000. The design of the compass is waterproof, which means it will perform well even in harsh weather conditions.
Silva Jet 2.0 needle
The accuracy of the indication is guaranteed by the Silva Jet 2.0 needle, made of high-quality Swedish steel with excellent magnetic properties. The clear north indicator facilitates quick orientation in the field. The needle is immersed in a stabilizing liquid, which increases its precision.
