Silva Freelight Head Torch 3000 Lumens
Headlamp with a durable housing, high-capacity rechargeable battery, and compact design, generating a maximum light output of 3000 lumens and a beam distance of up to 215 meters. The design incorporates modern solutions that improve performance and user comfort. The modular design allows the lamp and battery to be quickly detached from the headband, making it possible to configure the flashlight according to the user's requirements.
Free Airflow technology, IP55 rating, adjustable head
The model uses Free Airflow technology, based on a durable plastic housing and an optimized heat sink. The applied solution ensures proper ventilation and cooling of the flashlight during various types of activity, while also protecting the body from overheating and maintaining maximum light output regardless of ambient conditions. The housing meets the high sealing standard compliant with IP55, which means full protection against dust ingress and resistance to water jets coming from any direction. The adjustable head allows smooth adjustment of the beam angle in the vertical plane, precisely illuminating the work area. The modular mounting system allows the light unit to be quickly detached and mounted on the headband or directly on a helmet using mounting adapters.
LED diodes, Silva Intelligent Light optical system, and Silva Flow Light technology
The beam is produced by high-performance LED diodes set in the lens-based Silva Intelligent Light optical system, which simultaneously provides focused long-range light and broad near-field illumination. Silva Flow Light technology automatically changes the beam geometry as the head angle changes - aiming the lamp downward widens the beam at short range, while tilting it upward increases viewing distance.

The flashlight is operated using a large, ergonomic button located on the side of the head housing. The distinctive switch profile allows intuitive switching between three brightness levels without removing work or tactical gloves.

The headlamp is powered by an external lithium-ion rechargeable battery with a capacity of 72 Wh, mounted at the back of the headband or carried separately using an extension cable. Charging is carried out via a built-in USB-C port and takes about 12 hours, while the current energy level is shown by a precise LED indicator. An additional red rear position light is placed on the back of the power module to improve visibility and safety after dark.

The wide elastic headband is equipped with Free technology, routing the power paths directly inside the textile material, which prevents cables from tangling around the head. The inner side features silicone finishes that stabilize the design on the head, cap, or helmet, and the included top strap (top band) evenly distributes the weight of the flashlight during dynamic movement. A set of modular snap-in sockets enables instant mounting of the light unit at the front and the battery pack at the back of the head.
