Silva Expedition 4 Military Map Compass

Fluorescent markings on the dial, needle, and base plate significantly improve usability in low-light conditions. The compass features a magnifying glass, a metric and inch ruler, and scales 1:25,000, 1:40,000, and 1:50,000, greatly enhancing map reading precision. The Romer scale also helps with navigation using a GPS receiver.

The interior of the compass is filled with liquid to ensure stable rotation of the steel needle during use. The Expedition 4 model features a rotating bezel that allows for easy determination and retention of azimuths.
