When buying the guide, I thought it would be larger—but it's a small gadget, the magnet isn't very strong so you have to press manually. The guide is more suitable for lighter and smaller knives and takes some getting used to. Despite that, I rate it positively.

An interesting gadget. I would swap the 14 or 17 degree angle for 25 degrees, which would suit outdoor knives better. The magnet isn’t very strong. The advantage is that it really does make hand-sharpening easier for inexperienced users. Is it worth spending these 15 PLN? If someone struggles to sharpen and knows what angle their knife should have, then it’s probably worth it.

It's just a gadget. People who are seriously into sharpening knives probably won't be interested in this type of guide. As a beginner in using sharpening stones, I will use it to help learn how to maintain a constant angle.

An attachment like any other – the 17 and 20 degree angles are okay, it's best for small or kitchen knives. The grip on the sharpener with the attachment is average. Time will tell how it performs during longer use.
