blade made of 1055 carbon steel
The blade, measuring 132 x 190 mm, is made of 1055 carbon steel, giving it high resistance to deformation and mechanical damage. The surface is coated with a black protective coating, which protects the steel from corrosion and increases the durability of the entire construction. The sharp edges of the blade make it easy to quickly drive into the ground, even in more difficult terrain. One of the side edges is fitted with serrations, allowing roots or branches to be cut during earthworks.
telescopic shaft, locking mechanism
The telescopic shaft with adjustable length allows the tool to be adapted to the user's height and the type of work being performed. The five-position locking mechanism allows a stable setting of the working angle. A secure and stable grip is provided by the ergonomic T-shaped handle, made of durable, non-slip polypropylene.

The entrenching tool is made from cheaper cr13mov steel, not 1055 – so it’s a bit weaker but should be more resistant to rust. The edges were blunt and needed sharpening.

If you use a metal detector, this entrenching tool is an absolute must. The folding design is an extra plus.

This is a very convenient and practical entrenching tool. Its biggest advantage is the telescopic construction. Although there can be slight looseness, it does not affect the comfort of use. Highly recommend!
