Set of two packages of the iconic German energy chocolates in the dark version. They contain natural caffeine from cocoa, coffee, and kola nuts. The product is enclosed in a metal tin with a classic design featuring distinctive rays on the lid. One package contains 16 pieces of chocolate with a total weight of 100 grams.
The history of Scho-Ka-Kola chocolate dates back to 1935. The recipe was created by Theodor Hildebrand, the founder of Hildebrand, Kakao- und Schokoladenfabrik GmbH. Scho-Ka-Kola appeared on the market during the 1936 Olympics and was initially advertised as chocolate for athletes, but during World War II, it was eagerly used by soldiers, including Luftwaffe pilots.

This chocolate with caffeine suits me very well. It gives me energy and improves my mood, especially during long hikes in difficult conditions. Another plus is the solid metal tin, which protects the chocolate from melting in the backpack, and later you can use it to store small items.

It really gives you a boost, but I’m not convinced by the taste of this chocolate. Regular dark chocolate tastes better, and this one feels kind of like margarine on the tongue.
