Savotta Niukka Backpack 20 l - MultiCam

A backpack in MultiCam with a capacity of 20 liters, designed for operations in extreme conditions, everyday use, and as an addition to larger equipment. Its slim profile and low-profile shoulder straps make it ideal for both urban adventures and operational environments.

Made from abrasion and damage-resistant 500D Cordura, ensuring long-lasting durability in tough situations. The material is highly resistant to mechanical damage and moisture.

The backpack features a main compartment with a full opening for easy access to the interior. Inside, there is a divider for a 15.5-inch laptop or hydration bladder. It is equipped with two stabilizing loops and a mounting handle. Both sides of the backpack have ports for a hydration system tube. Organization is further supported by two zippered mesh pockets inside the main compartment - the upper one contains a D-ring for attaching keys or similar items. On the front part of the backpack, there is a large external pocket covering the entire front surface and approximately 3 cm deep. All zippers have long cord pulls, making them easy to operate while wearing gloves.

A velcro panel (hook and loop) is located on the front flap, allowing you to attach any patch or insignia, such as flags, unit emblems, or so-called Morale Patches.

The backpack has MOLLE/PALS straps located at the bottom. They allow for the attachment of additional pouches, pockets, or equipment – with the option to use carabiners, elastic cords, or straps. Side compression straps offer the possibility to adjust the backpack's volume to the current load.

The back panel is reinforced with thick, stiff foam, enclosed in a velcro-closed outer pocket. The insert can be removed and used as a seat or kneeling mat, while the pocket itself can be used for carrying flat gear like a tarp.

Profiled, padded straps attached to steel D-rings allow for adjustment to various body shapes. Sternum strap can be adjusted in height or completely removed.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
