I put these insoles instead of the standard ones because I wanted a bit more comfort on long walks. The difference is noticeable: it's softer under the heel and arch, the foot sits more evenly, and by evening my feet hurt less. Another plus is that they wick moisture well, so the inside of the shoes doesn't get wet as quickly. There’s one thing I noticed: if the shoes are already tight, with the new insoles they might become even tighter, especially in the toe area. It took me a couple of days to get used to them because the fit changed a bit. You also need to trim them carefully if the size isn’t perfect, otherwise the edge starts to curl. Overall, the insoles are worth the money, especially if you walk a lot or if your shoes are a bit stiff out of the box.
