The food ration consists of two wholesome meals, two energy bars, two sachets of drinking water, two flameless heaters and two plastic spoons. It was packaged in a waterproof bag made of sealed film. The sterilized water has a shelf life of up to 50 years, while the main dishes and bars have a shelf life of up to 15 years.
The set includes:
1. Farmer ham with lentil ragout:
Ingredients: black Beluga lentils (23%), ham (20% pork (min. 98%), water, salt with iodine, flavor, spice extract), leek, carrot, celery,
balsamic vinegar (fermented grape vinegar, concentrated grape must, contains SO2), canola oil, garlic, salt, pepper.
2. Venison ragout with dumplings:
Ingredients: venison meat (30%), potato wedges (28%) (water, potato flakes (SO2) (40%), wheat flour, wheat semolina, salt), root vegetables

4. Hemp energy bar:
