Princeton Tec Apex Headlamp Black - 650 lumens

LED headlamp equipped with a powerful white Maxbright diode and four adjustable Ultrabright diodes, offering a light beam with a maximum power of 650 lumens and a range of up to 120 meters. The lighting system allows for the use of both a focused long-range beam and wide light surrounding the area. The design has been crafted with outdoor conditions, trekking, survival, and field work after dusk in mind.

The headlamp housing in black and the battery case are made of durable plastic resistant to intensive use in difficult conditions. The design meets the waterproof standard IPX7, allowing the device to be submerged in water up to a depth of 1 meter for a maximum of 30 minutes. Thanks to its high tightness, the headlamp is useful for use in the rain or humid environments.

The headlamp offers five work modes, allowing you to adjust the intensity and nature of the light to the prevailing conditions and type of activity. Operation is facilitated by two rubberized buttons placed on the housing, allowing for quick switching between modes, even while wearing gloves.

The headlamp is equipped with an efficient white Maxbright diode and four additional Ultrabright diodes. The Maxbright diode produces an intense spot beam, allowing for effective illumination of distant objects and precise work in the dark. 4 Ultrabright diodes emit a diffused flood light, enhancing visibility while moving, working in the field, or performing tasks requiring a wide field of illumination.

Due to the high light power, the model is equipped with a radiator responsible for effective heat dissipation during operation. Additionally, an overheating protection system is implemented, which automatically adjusts light intensity upon detecting excessive temperature. This solution increases the safety of use and protects the headlamp components during prolonged high-power operation.

The headlamp is equipped with a Regulated LED feature, ensuring a constant brightness level throughout battery discharge. As a result, the light beam remains stable for most of the operating time. On the front part of the housing, there is a 3-color LED charge level indicator, allowing you to quickly check the energy level without the need to turn off the device.

Flexible band ensures a stable hold of the headlamp on the head, while also offering comfort during prolonged use. The design adjusts to the shape of the head and limits headlamp movement during dynamic motion.

The headlamp is powered by four AA batteries - alkaline or lithium. The battery case can be opened without additional tools thanks to the specially designed band regulators, serving as a key to the battery compartment cover.
