Poncho Pentagon Thunder - Greek Lizard

The Greek Lizard rain cape wonderfully serves the role of protection against heavy rain. The wide, loose fit allows it to be worn over any clothing and headgear, even when wearing a backpack or other equipment.

durable polyester 210D, PU coating

The cloak is made from 210D polyester, known for its resistance to damage and abrasions, while maintaining a low weight. The PU coating protects the material from getting wet. The fabric has been reinforced with Rip-Stop fibers. The material features water resistance at a level of 3000 mm/m2 water column and breathability of 1500 g/m2/24h.

compact design, adjustment strings

When folded, it takes up little space and is much lighter than a standard rain jacket. The cape is equipped with adjustment strings in the hood and waist, allowing the size to be adjusted to the user.

camouflage Greek Lizard

Greek Lizard is the standard camouflage pattern used by the Greek Armed Forces, derived directly from the French Lizard pattern (Tap47) used extensively in the mid-20th century. The Greek version was adapted and developed for the particular climate and terrain of Greece - mainly mountainous, rocky and low vegetation terrain. The Greek Lizard camouflage consists of horizontal, irregular stripes in shades of olive green, brown and black placed on a lighter background - usually sand or light green. The pattern preserves the distinctive striped layout of the French original, but its color scheme has been adapted to Mediterranean conditions. The Greek Lizard was the basic pattern of Greek field uniforms for decades and still remains in use today, especially in ground troops.

    I decided to buy this poncho because of its lightness and hydrophobic properties. I am 190 cm tall with a head circumference of 60 cm, and the poncho fits me easily, even with some room to spare. The hood is medium-sized, so I don't know if a military helmet would fit under it—there probably isn't much space, but I haven't checked since I don't have a helmet. The hood itself is not too tight and you can move freely in it. The camouflage matches the Polish forest perfectly. The poncho is comfortable and wide. I think it will protect well from the rain, especially since Pentagon brand products are trustworthy. The poncho is easy to pack into a pouch. I am very satisfied with the purchase, especially since the price is affordable. I definitely recommend the Militaria.pl store! Best regards!
