Temperature ratings and usage conditions
The Tac Maven Cocoon sleeping bag's temperature ratings are determined according to the EN 13537 standard:
- T-comfort: +20 C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit: +15 C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep without discomfort,
- T-extreme: +10 C - the lowest temperature at which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. This is not recommended for regular use.
Durable polyester, synthetic filling
The outer shell is crafted from durable 190T polyester, while the interior lining is made of 190T Pongee polyester. The synthetic down filling has a density of 80 g/m2, offering efficient thermal insulation while keeping the weight minimal. Stabilizing seams ensure the filling stays in place, providing uniform distribution throughout the sleeping bag.
Zipper on the right side
The sleeping bag is equipped with a zipper located on the right side, allowing full opening for easy entry and exit.
Integrated hood for cold protection
