For a person weighing 90 kg and 183 cm tall, I recommend size L – I chose XL and it is a bit loose, I prefer more fitted underwear. Perfect for cool days in the mountains as one of the layers. Next time I will definitely choose a smaller size. I sincerely recommend it.

I have been using it for a long time and I have to say it's a really great product. It works as the only layer during indoor workouts, especially when the air conditioning is too strong. It also works well outdoors. At temperatures from 10 to 14 degrees I wear it alone, and below 9-10 degrees an extra layer is useful.
