For many years I have been using Pentagon brand pants and have gained a lot of trust in them. Although the price is not the lowest, the workmanship is very solid and these pants really last a long time. The sizing is clear, the colors are great, and the material is very durable. I definitely recommend them.

Durable and lightweight winter pants built to withstand temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius. Featuring the StormTex membrane, the fabric provides a water resistance of 10,000 mm/m2 and a breathability of 5,000 g per m2. Perfect for enthusiasts of winter outdoor adventures.
Talson fabric and Lithermo 120Gsm insulation
The outer coating features Talson fabric treated with a hydrophobic Nuva finish, akin to Teflon, which improves resistance to water and dirt. Inside, it is lined with 120Gsm Lithermo synthetic fabric that efficiently minimizes moisture uptake. Taped seams enhance the construction's durability.
Pockets with warm lining
Hip pockets come with fleece lining for warmth. The zipper closure is secured by a protective flap. Two roomy cargo pockets offer space for essentials like a compass, flashlight, or wallet. Velcro and snap fasteners ensure contents remain secure.
Waist adjustment, ventilation, and zippered legs
This design features a Canadian-style button and YKK zipper. The waistband is elastic and can be adjusted with drawstrings to ensure a better fit. It includes five sturdy belt loops that are 1 inch wide. Ventilation openings on the inner leg enhance airflow. The leg cuffs are equipped with zippers, allowing for easy on and off without removing shoes. Cuffs can be adjusted using an elastic cord and Velcro.

These clothes are extremely warm and lightweight, though I was surprised by how thick they are. Only when it gets colder will I really be able to test their usefulness.
