Rip-Stop weave protects the fabric from abrasions and tears. It is characterized by additional threads woven in at regular intervals, forming a mesh-like pattern. It provides high strength to the fabric, increases resistance to mechanical damage, especially tears.

I've been using this cap for a year and it's definitely one of the most comfortable models I own. Sturdy, nice-looking, comfortable, and doesn't look funny on my head, unlike many other caps. The mesh works perfectly. The material is also high quality. I definitely recommend it.
