Pentagon ACU 2.0 Uniform Set - Greek Lizard

Year-round uniform set from Pentagon sewn in ACU fit (Army Combat Uniform). Made from quick-drying, high-quality fabric that is a blend of polyester and cotton with a grammage of 215 g/m2. Thanks to the use of reinforced Rip-Stop weave and triple stitching in critical areas, the material is durable and resistant to damage and abrasion. The set includes a combat shirt and pants. Variant in Greek Lizard camo.

The combat shirt has adjustable velcro cuffs and a high collar at the neck. The main zipper is protected by a Storm flap. There are reinforcements and pockets for soft pads at the elbows. Equipped with velcro panels on the chest (12.5 x 1.5 cm) and both shoulders (14.5 x 9.5 cm) for attaching various patches and emblems, such as national flag, unit insignia, or Morale Patches. Additional zippered pockets on both sleeves.

The pants have two classic front pockets, two thigh cargo pockets with velcro flaps, button, and drawstring, and two calf pockets. The ACU model features reinforcements on the knees, crotch, and buttocks. The lower parts of the legs are equipped with nylon straps for easy attachment to footwear. The fly is equipped with a zipper from the well-known Japanese brand YKK.

Greek Lizard is the standard camouflage pattern used by the Greek Armed Forces, derived directly from the French Lizard pattern (Tap47) used extensively in the mid-20th century. The Greek version was adapted and developed for the particular climate and terrain of Greece - mainly mountainous, rocky and low vegetation terrain. The Greek Lizard camouflage consists of horizontal, irregular stripes in shades of olive green, brown and black placed on a lighter background - usually sand or light green. The pattern preserves the distinctive striped layout of the French original, but its color scheme has been adapted to Mediterranean conditions. The Greek Lizard was the basic pattern of Greek field uniforms for decades and still remains in use today, especially in ground troops.
