Osprey Rook Backpack 65 l - Histosol Brown / Rhino Grey
An expedition backpack with a capacity of 65 liters, made of light and durable 600D polyester, created from recycled material, certified by Bluesign. The outer layer has a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating to protect against moisture and dirt. The set also includes an integrated rain cover to protect the contents from adverse weather conditions.
Backpack compartments and functions
The model is designed with a spacious main compartment, divided into two sections, which makes it easy to sort and organize your gear. The lower part, which can be accessed via a zipper at the front, is ideal for storing larger items such as a sleeping bag. On the back panel, there is a pocket for a water bladder, fully compatible with Source hydration systems.
The backpack flap has a zippered mesh pocket for small accessories. Additionally, it has a key clip. Side pockets made of elastic mesh, provide quick access to a bottle or water bottle.
Thanks to the side and inner compression straps, it is possible to adjust the volume of the backpack to the amount of equipment carried. At the bottom, there are detachable straps that allow you to attach a mat or sleeping pad, increasing the practicality of the model during longer trips. Elastic loops at the front and top are used to attach additional equipment.
AirSpeed carrying system
The adjustable AirSpeed carrying system is based on a profiled frame made of 6005-T5 aluminum, reinforced with titanium struts. The use of breathable mesh creates a ventilation space between the backpack and the back, which promotes effective air circulation and improves wearing comfort.
Ventilated, adjustable shoulder straps adapt perfectly to the body, increasing comfort, especially during longer walks. The hip belt with two zippered pockets effectively distributes the weight while allowing you to store the most necessary items. The adjustable chest strap is equipped with an emergency whistle for added safety.
There is a practical handle on the top of the backpack for easy carrying.
