A professional astronomical telescope designed for home use. Recommended for both beginners and more advanced observers of the night sky.

The device is equipped with a main mirror with an aperture of 114 mm and a focal length of 1000 mm. The telescope's robust tube is mounted on a full-size aluminum tripod with an EQ-III parallactic head. This makes it possible to precisely find objects in the sky based on coordinates read from a star atlas. Tracking is done with convenient micro-movements. The telescope also has a finder, or aiming telescope.

With the Opticon Universe telescope we can see many objects from the so-called Deep Space, for example, nebulae, galaxies or globular clusters of stars. The model will also prove useful for observing planets - through the telescope will see, for example, cloud belts on the surface of Jupiter, the rings of Saturn or the disks of Mars. The large mirror and Barlow lens will allow to observe details on the surface of the Moon (mountains, seas, ravines, craters). A replaceable contrast filter enhances the image quality during full moon.

Included with the telescope we receive sky maps, computer programs, practical guides and access to a documentary film. All of the listed materials can be found on the website, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the leaflet included in the kit. In addition, the kit comes with a straightening lens that will turn the telescope into a telescope for nature and landscape observations.

The equipment is compatible with professional components in the 1.25" standard, which allows the gradual expansion of the kit with additional accessories.

I am a beginner in sky observation, so for now the telescope works great for viewing the moon – it's easy to find and observe. With stars, it's more difficult because you have to aim precisely, which requires more effort. For now I'm focusing on the moon, but I hope to learn everything eventually. I'm hoping for clear, summer nights :D
