Opticon StarRanger Telescope
A refractive telescope with a focal length of 600 mm is an excellent combination of durability with wide observational capabilities, suitable for those beginning their adventure with astronomy. With a lens speed of f/13 and a 3x Barlow lens, it can achieve a maximum magnification of up to 300x, allowing observation of the Moon, planets of the Solar System, and bright deep-sky objects with a stellar magnitude reach up to 10.8.
Barlow lens, 45 mm objective lens
High-quality lenses ensure sharp and detailed images. The model features a special Barlow lens that allows tripling the range of magnifications. The 45 mm objective lens enables a sufficiently wide field of view, and an additional 6x30 mm finder scope facilitates locating the observed object.
Huygens eyepieces, tripod
Two delivered Huygens eyepieces (6 and 12 mm) in combination with a 0.98" eyepiece holder allow for quick adjustment of magnification to observation conditions. The angled eyepiece adapter increases user comfort and facilitates observation.
The telescope is mounted on an aluminum azimuth tripod, equipped with a head with a right ascension lock. Height adjustment in the range of from 71 to 123 cm provides stability and comfort during observations.
Educational materials
With the telescope, the user receives a complete set of materials necessary to start the adventure with astronomy: star maps, computer software, practical guides, a documentary film in HD quality on a DVD, and a richly illustrated book Following the Path of Stars, created by experts for budding space enthusiasts.
