Perceptor EX is an improved version of the Perceptor model. A large, extremely versatile telescope with enormous observational potential. When designing the instrument, the most important factors were taken into account, namely ease of use and powerful magnification.
High-quality lenses guarantee bright, clear, and high-contrast images of stars, planets, and the Moon. Telescopes in this series are also great for observing landscapes, airplanes, and birds.
Thanks to the increased focal length and aperture, the telescope offers 44% more light gathering power and up to 125% more magnification compared to the Perceptor Light model. Most importantly, such good performance has been achieved without a commensurate increase in the price of the telescope.
The Perceptor model is equipped with as many as 3 interchangeable eyepieces. Thanks to the reinforced azimuth head with precise adjustment, the telescope is very stable. This type of head is easy to use and is recommended for beginners. A dedicated Barlow lens triples the range of available magnifications.
Only the highest quality materials are used in the production of Opticon telescopes. A special interchangeable contrast filter for observing the Moon improves image quality during a full moon, making it possible to see fascinating details such as mountains, seas, and craters. The telescope is also equipped with an additional sighting scope to facilitate targeting objects.
With beginner astronomers in mind, the set includes sky maps, computer programs, practical guides, a documentary film on DVD, a richly illustrated book entitled “Szlakiem gwiazd” (“Following the Stars”) and 3D glasses.
