This is my first microscope since childhood, so I don't have much experience. The device seems solid, although I expected a bit more weight and size (it weighs 1.3 kg, dimensions 30x16x12 cm). Unfortunately, there were no slides included in the set, which is a pity because it's a small cost for the manufacturer. My initial attempts without the slides made me want to experiment further. I chose this model mainly because of the possibility to change objectives and eyepieces. If I get more involved in observations, I'll be able to buy better optics. I recommend it.
